Domaine Roche Redonne is a family-owned estate founded in 1979 by Henri and Geneviève Tournier, located on the foothills of the Bandol appellation in La Cadière d'Azur, along the Mediterranean coast. The property is surrounded by olive trees and wild garrigue scrub, and today the couple's son Guilhem has joined the winemaking, continuing the family's commitment to farming their twelve hectares organically and with a light hand in the vineyard.

Mas Redonne Rose is a blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Grenache grown on this small estate, with Mourvèdre making up the majority of the wine, a signature of top Bandol rosés. The grapes are farmed organically and vinified with care to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, giving the wine its characteristic pale color and delicate structure. This deliberately gentle approach lets Bandol's distinct terroir, shaped by sea breezes and the region's limestone hills, come through in the glass.

The wine shows a light salmon color, with aromas of citrus, grapefruit, and white fruit. On the palate it is fresh and aromatic, with flavors of apricot and mango and a good sense of minerality. It pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, roast chicken, or sushi and sashimi.
