From one of Abruzzo's oldest winemaking families — roots tracing back to 1853 — this is a true "serious rosé," made the traditional way Cerasuolo has long been poured for guests as a point of regional pride. Sourced from the estate's youngest vines at Loreto Aprutino, hand-harvested and given just 8 hours of skin contact before being vinified like a white wine, it fills the glass with a bright cherry-pink color and lifted aromas of fresh red fruit, currant, and cherry, with subtle herbal lift. On the palate it's fresh, balanced, and persistent — darker, riper, and more structured than a Provençal rosé, with the gentle grip and seriousness that's put Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo on the radar of rosé drinkers looking for something with more backbone.
