The Classic Cask series prioritizes straightforward barrel aging, allowing the distillery’s full-bodied grain foundation to interact naturally with seasoned American and European oak throughout the development cycle.

Filled during the initial draw for this vintage, the 750ml format captures a predictable house style built for regular rotation rather than collector speculation. The extended stay in wood mellows early fermentation esters while preserving enough crisp malt sweetness to bridge the gap between entry-level drams and heavily sherried alternatives.
