This controlled oxygen exchange softens sharp edges while building up the characteristic amber hue and layered mouthfeel that define the expression.

Tasting begins with pronounced notes of currants, black tea, and crushed peppercorns, transitioning into a mid-palate of melted caramel, roasted hazelnuts, and macerated citrus zest.
