What began in 1969 as a churrería in Premià de Mar, a seaside town on the Mediterranean coast near Barcelona, has grown into one of Spain’s best known gourmet snack makers. Founders Manuel and Ángeles Torres built the business with help from their children, and the family company still produces its chips just outside Barcelona in Montmeló. Their premium Selecta line showcases signature Spanish flavors, from black truffle and smoked paprika to cured cheese.

This Ibérico ham chip is one of the most celebrated flavors in the Selecta range. Production begins with careful potato selection from Spanish growers who have supplied the company for more than 35 years. The potatoes are thinly sliced, fried in sunflower oil, and finished with salt and an Ibérico ham flavoring that evokes the famous cured delicacy without the use of pork. The chips are gluten free and contain no nuts, lactose, or egg.
