Túnel 14 is produced by Antonio Nadal Distilleries, a family owned company founded in 1898 by Antonio Nadal Muntaner in the municipality of Marratxí on the island of Mallorca. The distillery has spent well over a century crafting traditional Mediterranean herbal liqueurs, and Túnel 14 stands as one of its signature expressions, rooted firmly in Mallorcan and broader Balearic drinking customs.

The liqueur takes its name from its defining feature: a hand selected blend of 14 distinct aromatic herbs, grown organically on the Son Boi estates in Mallorca. The herbs are hand picked and shade dried without forced processing, then macerated separately in an aniseed based distilled alcohol before being blended together, a labor intensive traditional method that preserves each herb's individual character. No synthetic colorants are added at any stage, and the finished liqueur is bottled at 28 percent alcohol by volume.

The result is clear and naturally hued, with a smooth, finely balanced palate where anise takes the lead alongside a chorus of subtler herbal notes. The finish is clean and lasting, with herbal complexity that lingers pleasantly on the tongue, making it a classic choice as an after dinner digestif, served either on the rocks or well chilled.
