Château de Saint-Martin holds Cru Classé status within the historic 1955 Côtes de Provence classification, one of only twenty-three estates recognized for their terroir and traditional grape varieties. The property has remained in the same family since 1740, passed down primarily through the women of each generation, with Adeline de Barry currently at the helm since 1993. In 2017 the estate earned Level 3 Haute Valeur Environnementale certification, the highest tier available, reflecting its focus on biodiversity, reduced pesticide use and natural methods like pastoral grazing across the vineyard.

Grande Réserve sits within the domaine's elite range of Cru Classé bottlings, made from the estate's classic Provençal grape varieties grown on clay-limestone slopes. The wine earned a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2020, a mark of its consistency and quality within the appellation. Winemaking favors a gentle, traditional approach designed to preserve the fruit's natural aromatic intensity while building the textured, velvety character the cuvée is known for.

The 2025 vintage shows a peach hue with golden reflections and a layered nose of violet, jasmine and rose petal, joined by ripe peach, lychee and mango. On the palate, notes of heritage rose give way to blood orange, carried by a velvety texture and real length. This is a food-friendly rosé suited to sea bream prepared Provençal style, seared salmon or roast duck with cherry compote.
