Made from 100% Highlands blue agave at the legendary La Alteña distillery in Jalisco — the same house behind El Tesoro — Tapatio Blanco has had a cult following in Mexico for over 75 years. After distillation, the spirit rests in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, developing a velvety mouthfeel and softness on the palate before bottling. 

Crystal clear, with a pronounced peppery and spicy nose, subtle wet cement and hay aromas, a full-flavored palate of spicy earthiness and chargrilled vegetal notes, and cracked black pepper leading to a salty, cinnamon-tinged finish.  Equally at home sipped neat or shaken into an outstanding margarita.
