2023 Morgadío - Albariño Rías Baixas (750ml)

From vines planted on the reflective granite sands of Condado do Tea, along the Miño River, Morgadío has been a benchmark Albariño producer since the 1980s, drawing on old vines over 40 years old. The 2023 shows mineral, elegant aromas of freshly cut pineapple, peach, and stony notes, with a saline, dry palate carried by a round medium body and fresh, lively acidity. Hand-harvested and pressed within 30 minutes, fermented in stainless steel, and aged briefly on the lees before bottling — a pure, gastronomic, textural expression of Albariño built for the table. Excellent with lighter seafood, shellfish, or grilled fish.
