"The 2016 Nero d'Avola Archimede is remarkably pretty and seductive,

showing cinnamon, clove and dusty rose before evolving further to offer

aromas of wild strawberries and wet stone. This is soft and silky in feel,

focused on purity, with a lively display of ripe red berries, spices and

minerals that seem to hover weightlessly across the palate. Purple-tinged

florals, black licorice and hints of blueberry linger incredibly long through

the lightly structured and fully satisfying finale. The Archimede is already

easy to like, and it should drink beautifully over the next five to seven

years"
