Every Booker's batch tells a story. This one is named for Springfield, Kentucky — the small farming town where Booker Noe was born and raised before eventually moving to Bardstown and making his name as one of the most beloved figures in American bourbon history. Breaking Bourbon A natural storyteller who traveled the world promoting his bourbon, Booker had a gift for making everyone in the room feel like a friend — and the people who knew him best often had trouble convincing strangers he wasn't a hired actor.  This batch is a tribute to the man before the legend.

Aged 7 years, 7 months, and 8 days to the exact day and bottled at a hefty 124.5 proof uncut and unfiltered, the batch draws from four different warehouse locations across two aging structures  — a deliberate blend of floor positions and environments that shapes the final character. The nose is notably tame for the proof — fruit-forward and approachable, with tart cherry, black cherry, green apple, and syrup-drenched pear. he palate is medium-thick and oily, with brown sugar, drying oak, soft caramel, and a light wood spice — a classic Beam profile, rounded and cohesive from start to finish.  As the sip evolves, dark chocolate and coffee emerge alongside the lingering fruit, reminiscent of a fruit-filled dark chocolate bar. 

One of the more accessible Booker's batches in recent memory — and at 124.5 proof, that's saying something. Sip it neat.
