Snowaters Organic Rye Vodka is produced in northern Poland from Dańkowskie Platinum Rye, a rare winter grain grown on a single organic estate in one of the country's coldest, snowiest regions. The rye spends a minimum of 80 days buried under snow before harvest, a condition believed to contribute distinct character to the finished grain. That connection to snow and cold-climate farming gives the brand its name, and the vodka is produced in accordance with the strict legal standards required for Polska Vodka designation.

Snowaters is distilled a minimum of five times from its single-estate rye, refined until the distillers reach what they describe as the ideal cut, before being married with pristine natural spring water sourced from the same glacial lake system that feeds the rye fields. No sugar or additives are used at any stage, and the finished vodka is USDA Certified Organic and vegan friendly, reflecting the estate-driven, minimal-intervention approach behind its production.

The nose is neutral and clean, with light grain character and a subtle vanilla sweetness, along with hints of ripe mango, pepper, and fresh florals in some tastings.
