Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Boubon Whiskey 750ml

A line extension of Heaven Hill's award-winning Elijah Craig Small Batch, taking fully matured bourbon (a blend of 8–12 year barrels) and re-entering it at full barrel proof into a second, custom-toasted new oak barrel developed with Independent Stave Company. That second barrel — toasted, then lightly flash-charred — draws out deeper sweet oak character than the standard release. Expect a nose of cherry cola, baking spice, and cigar box, moving into a warm, honeyed palate with peachy roundness and blooming spice, finishing minty and long with black tea and toasted oak. A genuinely different, more complex sibling to standard Elijah Craig — worth trying side-by-side to see how the second barrel reshapes the whiskey.
