"The 2024 Chablis Grand Cru Valmur, classically Chablisien in profile this year, opens from the glass with aromas of spring flowers, oyster juice, lemon oil and nashi pear. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, notably concentrated in the context of the vintage and racy, concluding with a long, saline finish. Attaining 12% alcohol at harvest, it has turned out very nicely."
