Domaine Henri Cruchon is run by Raoul and Catherine Cruchon in the La Côte region of the Swiss canton of Vaud, along the shores of Lake Geneva. The estate farms its vineyards according to biodynamic principles, a demanding approach that has helped establish Cruchon as one of the more respected names working with Chasselas, the grape that dominates Swiss white winemaking.

Le Morget is a single vineyard bottling made entirely from Chasselas, Switzerland's most widely planted white grape. The wine is vinified with careful precision to preserve freshness and finesse rather than overt fruit, arriving at a modest alcohol level around twelve percent. This restrained style lets the vineyard's character come through clearly rather than being masked by ripeness or weight.
