A new project from two of Sancerre’s brightest talents. Florent and Clément Pinard run Domaine Vincent Pinard in Bué, where the family has farmed for centuries, and they’ve lifted it into the top tier of the appellation after training at estates like Trapet in Burgundy and Trévallon in Provence. Under their “Pinard Brothers” label they work with fruit from family vineyards, and Echoes comes from organically farmed vines belonging to their cousin Jean-Vincent Pinard in Amigny, between Bué and Chavignol.

Made like the domaine’s beloved Florès, it’s fermented with the brothers’ own native yeast, raised in large neutral wood vats, and bottled unfined with minimal sulfur. The result is pure, chalky Sancerre with citrus, a hint of tangerine and a fine, saline finish. Fresh and approachable now, with more texture and structure than your average Sancerre. Pair with goat cheese, oysters, trout or herby roast chicken.
