Full-bodied dry red wine from pinot noir vines assembled from multiple parcels across Jadot's 17 premier cru terroirs, and only produced in exceptional vintages. The wine is aged in barrels for 18 months, then assembled and aged an additional 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

 Harvest Note
This was a very warm and early vintage with a slight lack of moisture which reduced the harvest volumes while ensuring complexity and phenolic ripeness.
Tasting Note
Bold and dramatic aromas of dark blue and black fruits, damp earth and mocha scents. The texture is broad with ripe tannins and a very long finish.
Food Pairing
A perfect match for all grilled meats, tangy cheeses, and choucroute. With time this will soften and harmonize to accompany grilled tuna or salmon.
Technical Data
GRAPES: 100% Pinot Noir
APPELLATION: Beaune Premier Cru AOC
PH: 3.36
ACIDITY: 4.07 g/l
ABV: 13.58%
AGING: Aged in oak casks, 30% new, for 18 months followed by an additional 6 months in tan
-Importer notes
92 Points
"There are some 3,500 cases of the 2020 Beaune 1er Cru Célébration (Maison Louis Jadot), a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and seamless wine evocative of smoky berries, spices and licorice, framed by creamy new oak. More polished and elegant than the muscular 2018, the last rendition of this bottling (which blends more than a dozen of Beaune's premiers crus), it will offer a broad drinking window."
