"The 2022 Chardonnay Aequorin is seductive from the first tilt of the

glass as a whiff of chamomile mingles with crushed almonds, sweet

basil, mint and dusty stone. Energetic yet deep, complex and intensely

mineral, it delivers a sour citrus infusion and crisp orchard fruit that

rattles the senses. Sharply focused, it leaves a spicy ginger inflection

and a hint of tart green apple that lingers incredibly long. In 2022 the

Aequorin comes exclusively from the Carlisle's Crest vineyard. It was

refined in 34% new oak.
