An exceptional, somewhat under-the-radar white from this Cru Classé de Graves estate, a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Sauvignon Gris, aged eight months in 25% new French oak with the balance in neutral barrels and tank. Jeb Dunnuck called this one of the best Sauvignon Blancs in the world. Expect a medium gold hue with a striking perfume of mineral-laced citrus, honeyed orange, crushed stone, and mint, carrying an almost Riesling-like minerality with a very subtle diesel note. Medium-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with bright, racy acidity and a great finish. A genuinely underrated wine built to age for two decades, drinking window 2026-2045.
