2024 Bertani - Soave Sereole (750ml)

A single-vineyard Soave Classico from Sereole, a specific cru on Monte Tondo between the villages of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone — one of the more prized sites in the Classico zone. Made from Garganega grown on volcanic, mineral-rich soils, it's bright straw-yellow with white pepper, mineral, apple, and apricot on the nose, light-to-medium bodied with zesty acidity, a silky texture, and a long, savory citrus-zest finish. A more site-specific, textural expression than Bertani's standard Soave Vintage Edition bottling.
