Straw-yellow in the glass with an intense, fruity nose, the palate is dry, velvety, and full-bodied for a Pinot Grigio, with real persistence on the finish — a step up from the thin, watery style the grape is often unfairly known for. Pairs well with fish soups, chargrilled seafood, and mushroom-based dishes; also holds up nicely against richer plates like squid ink pasta.
