For this blanco, master growers select only fully mature agave plants from the estate's fields, which are then roasted, fermented, and double distilled following traditional, tightly supervised methods. Unlike the brand's reposado and añejo expressions, this puro agave blanco skips barrel aging entirely and is bottled shortly after distillation, preserving the raw, unfiltered character of the agave itself.
