Single-Grape Rare is a rare cognac that matures in oak barrels for up to 20 years. It consists of a carefully selected mixture of cognacs exclusively from the Folle Blanche area. It is in this area that the original grape variety of the same name, which represents the historical roots of cognac, has been grown for centuries. Although it almost disappeared from the vineyards in the 19th century, it was the Godet family who restored its lost glory. The attribute Epicure refers to a mixture of several vintages. Cognac has an unobtrusive floral aroma, a delicate fruity taste and has no acidity at all.
