Having aged in Limousin oak casks for two years, its distillation process was carried out with lees for more aromatic elegance. Having aged for at least 14 years in French oak casks (however with much of the eaux-de-vie maturing for much longer) this XXO represents some of the maturest Cognac blends on the market. It is a blend of the Grande champagne, Petite champagne and Fins Bois.
