Papalin 7 Years Old Jamaica Rum 47% is a blend of pot still rums from two of Jamaica’s renowned distilleries: Worthy Park and Hampden. The blend is made up of 80% Worthy Park, 10% Hampden HCLF aged in ex-bourbon casks, and 10% Hampden HCLF aged in ex-sherry casks. The rums aged completely in their respective distilleries before being blended together by Luca Gargano. 6000 bottles were produced1. Papalin 7 Years Old Jamaica Rum 2021 47% is rich and fruity on the nose with aromas of apple, lemon, tropical fruits, almonds and eucalyptus. The palate is full-bodied with vanilla, menthol, liquorice, pepper and oak, leading to a long and rich finish with lingering notes of coffee, lemon, walnuts, chocolate and vanilla.
