"Dark, dusty and deeply alluring, the 2017 Nero d'Avola Parrino presents a

bouquet of spiced wild berries, crushed rocks, sage and hints of flowery

undergrowth. Its silky textures usher in ripe red and blue fruits across a

medium-bodied frame, taking on notes of violet and lavender toward the

close. A coating of fine tannin comes forward through the close, creating

youthful poise as the Parrino finishes long to hints of blueberry and clove.
