"A Cabernet Franc from the Uco Valley, aged for 18 months. While the label pays homage to the parodic spirit of Cigare Volant, this wine has its feet stuck firmly in the Mendoza soil. The nose of red fruit, raspberry and pyrazine sets the tone for a concentrated red of moderate freshness marshaled by firm tannins. Mentholated at the back of the mouth, with a pleasant aftertaste."
