Pinot Noir predominates, providing structure, breadth, and firmness, while Chardonnay contributes elegance, finesse, and subtlety — a blend kept as a closely guarded family secret. The 2018 is an elegant, polished wine in the gracious, lighter style of the year — subtle citrus, white peach, flowers, mint, and white pepper beautifully delineated, with clean mineral notes on a vibrant finish.
