"The 2019 Max Cabernet Sauvignon comes mostly from the inland Aconcagua vineyards and has concentration of fruit and soft and ripe tannins, moderate alcohol (13.5%) and mellow acidity that makes it juicy, varietal, complex and elegant with a subtle profile. It matured in French barrels, 30% of them new, for 12 months, but like the rest of the range, the oak is transparent, perfectly integrated and neatly folded into the fruit. They produced 531,889 bottles of it."
