Argentina's most charming micro-estate. Three generations of the Furlotti family farm a single tiny old-vine parcel in Chacras de Coria — originally planted in 1916 — and from it make just one wine, crafted by the legendary Carmelo Patti. It's one of the few Argentine Malbecs given bottle age before release, and the style is unmistakably Bordelaise: elegant, savory, and restrained where so much Mendoza Malbec is jammy and broad. Expect layered dark plum, blackberry, violet, and earthy spice framed by fine tannins and real freshness — an old-school, terroir-driven Malbec of genuine finesse. With well under 500 cases made and a sliver of that reaching the U.S., these are almost never seen. One of the most elegant expressions of the grape we've come across.
