Fermented with indigenous wild yeasts in epoxy-free concrete vats using 30–50% whole clusters, and aged exclusively in concrete — no oak, just pure Gualtallary, allowing every nuance of the terroir to speak without interference. Wine Enthusiast awarded 91 Points, praising its sweet red-fruit aromas, hints of chalk, honest black fruit and red cherry, light spice, mineral texture, and vibrant acidity typical of the Gualtallary sub-region.
