Sourced from a 10-hectare vineyard where marine fossils are still occasionally uncovered, hand-picked and aged 22 months in 500-liter tonneaux, 30% new. The 2021 shows real energy and focus, with elegant mineral tones of crushed seashell and chalk framing a core of fresh dark cherry, raspberry, and blood orange, backed by rich spice. Falstaff named this the single best wine in the entire Chianti Classico appellation for the vintage.
