"The last vintage from this vineyard, the label of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Cemetery Vineyard shows the cat upside down and is released as "Last Rites." The wine offers up a serious, classic St. Helena, full-bodied style loaded with ripe black fruits, chocolate, charcoal, and graphite, with a hint of that classic walnut shell-like character. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, it has ripe tannins, no hard edges, and a great finish. This borderline perfect wine is something to behold, and while it already is impossible to resist, hide bottles for 4-6 years if you can and enjoy over the following two decades."
