" The 2021 Roero Arneis Vigne Sparse is a very pretty wine. It is perhaps a

bit more generous than Almondo's other Arneis (especially the 2021) and

yet there is plenty of energy and overall brightness. Subtle hints of peach,

apricot, chamomile, spice and dried flowers all run through this classy,

understated Arneis. The 2021 is an especially fine edition, as it avoids

some of the angular contours seen in the past. I would prefer to drink this

over the next 2-3 years"
