 Tres Picos is Bodegas Borsao's flagship — a 100% old-vine Garnacha sourced from vines 35 to 60 years old, head-pruned and planted at 600-700 meters on the clay-limestone slopes of the extinct Moncayo volcano. Cool nights from the Cierzo wind and the mountain's natural shelter give the fruit real freshness despite the sun-drenched, high-altitude growing conditions. Fermented in stainless steel with 20-25 days of skin maceration, then aged five months in new French oak. Deep ruby in color, with aromas of cherry blossom, mixed berries, and cherry joined by tobacco and vanilla. Integrated, balanced tannins and lively acidity carry through to a long, satisfying finish.
