2022 Justin - Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles (750ml)

Justin Vineyards & Winery, founded in 1981 by Justin Baldwin, drew early acclaim for the limestone hillside sites that give Paso Robles its signature finesse, a tradition this vintage continues.

In the cellar, grapes are hand-picked and berry-by-berry sorted, then fermented in stainless steel with twice-daily pump-overs to build color and backbone. The wine rests about 14 months in French oak, with a portion aged in new barrels to lend a polished edge while preserving the bright Paso Robles fruit character.
