2023 Francois Lumpp - Givry Vigne Rouge (750ml) (PRE ARRIVAL)

The flagship cuvée and the estate's largest holding — 2.45 hectares of clay-limestone soil rich in iron oxide, planted in stages between 1982 and 2008. This is Lumpp at his most structured: a sensational, perfumed nose that jumps out of the glass, with a bigger, bolder palate and real mineral heft. Fine, silky tannins wrap around a lively, energetic finish. Already drinking beautifully but built to age — the kind of cuvée that's putting Givry on the map for serious Burgundy drinkers.
