Winemaker Tony Biagi's inspired Napa Valley red blend draws from select lots at Hourglass's Blueline Estate and carefully sourced vineyards. The concept is elegant in its logic: Merlot leads with sleek, approachable texture and bright red fruit; Petite Sirah anchors with dark blue and black fruit; and Cabernet Sauvignon weaves it all together with structural framing and refined polish.

The 2023 is a knockout — expansive, rich, and deeply textured in every way. Red and black currant form the aromatic core, lifted by dried herb and fennel, while the palate delivers a ripe frame of dark cherry and inky black cassis laced with streaks of dark Belgian chocolate. Undeniably approachable now, yet built with the structure, density, and complexity for serious aging.

94 Points
"Expressive and detailed, with multilayered red currant and cherry flavors taking on rose petal, dusty sage and black tea accents that build tension toward medium-grained tannins. Merlot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2035. 7,000 cases made."
