From Lail Vineyards, a Napa Valley landmark founded in 1995 by Robin Daniel Lail, the 2023 Blueprint Sauvignon Blanc embodies precise, terroir‑driven winemaking. This Sauvignon Blanc draws from a select trio of Napa sites—Rewa Vineyard in Coombsville, Gamble Ranch, and Reidel Vineyard on Atlas Peak—to capture the unique character each location contributes.

In the cellar, each vineyard block is pressed separately in small lots, allowing winemaker Philippe Melka and co‑winemaker Maayan Koschitzky to preserve the distinct signatures before blending. A portion of the wine sees French oak, adding texture and subtle complexity without masking the fruit’s natural brightness.

The 2023 vintage opens with bright aromas of citrus zest, green apple, and lemongrass, accompanied by a creamy, layered texture and bold acidity capped by a distinct mineral edge. On the palate, flavors of melon, Bosc pear, and a whisper of pineapple round out a clean, focused finish.
