Rémi Jobard — son of Charles, nephew of the legendary François — took the reins of this benchmark Meursault domaine in 1996 and pushed the farming to organic certification by 2011. His wines are prized for a breathtaking clarity of terroir that comes from meticulous vineyard work and a hands-off cellar, everything raised in a mix of barrique and large older foudre. This entry-level white overdelivers in classic Jobard style: elegant and fresh, with ripe orchard fruit — pear, apple, a touch of pineapple — lifted by juicy acidity, a subtle spice note, and a gentle wooden backbone that never dominates.
