2024 Pago de los Capellanes - O'Luar do Sil Godello

O Luar do Sil is Pago de los Capellanes' sister project in Valdeorras — the Rodero Villa family's dedicated white-wine estate, built to give their Tempranillo expertise from Ribera del Duero a counterpart rooted entirely in Galicia's native Godello. Fruit comes from old, low-yielding vines planted on granite slopes at 450 meters in the village of Seadur, giving the wine real mineral drive. Clean and bright in the glass, with fresh herbal notes of fennel and hay alongside ripe stone fruit and a floral lift. The palate is subtle and delicate, carried by a fine mineral thread through to a crisp, citrus-driven finish. A pure, direct expression of Godello from one of Valdeorras' most respected producers.
