A field blend of 71% Zinfandel, 19% Carignane, and 8% Petite Sirah grown in the ancient gravelly soils of Alexander Valley, harvested by hand from late August through mid-September following a rainy winter, mild spring, and warm summer that advanced ripening beautifully. The nose offers raspberry, vanilla, and licorice, while the palate delivers focused black cherry, nutmeg, and subtle, perfectly integrated tannins with a long, lingering finish.
