"The 2024 Pinot Noir was picked in Hunawihr, mostly on limestone soils with some heavier clays. All the fruit was destemmed but some stems were added back, around 15%. The wine was aged in second-hand barrels from Pommard. Creamy petals, red fruit and white blossom define the smooth nose. The palate is really tender and super smooth with bright redcurrant fruit and a lovely, scented sense of conifer. It is fragrant, slender and smooth but with a fine, firm frame of tannin. Exquisite freshness reigns. (Bone-dry)"
