Lyseras is Yves Cuilleron’s Saint-Joseph blanc, a Marsanne and Roussanne blend grown on granite in the northern Rhône. It shows ripe pear and apricot with a perfumed lift and a touch of nutty richness. It’s full-bodied and generous but stays fresh, with a long, polished finish. Nine months in oak add texture without hiding the fruit. Great with roast chicken, scallops, lobster, or creamy cheeses.
