Aubert Wines was founded by Mark Aubert, who spent years working under noted winemaker Helen Turley at Peter Michael Winery before striking out on his own with wife Teresa in the late 1990s. Their focus from day one has been site specific, vineyard designated Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from a small group of exceptional properties across Sonoma and Napa.

Tasting Notes

This bottling typically shows vivid aromas of ginger, honeysuckle, and jasmine, with citrus zest and hints of flint adding lift and precision. On the palate, fresh apple, white flowers, and a touch of vanilla build into a long, layered finish with notes of dried citrus. Full bodied yet bright, it pairs beautifully with roast chicken, seared scallops, or a creamy lobster pasta.
