Château de Saint-Martin's Eternelle Favorite is a personal project of Adeline de Barry, the countess who has directed this Cru Classé estate since 1993 and crafts this particular cuvée herself. The wine is often described by the estate as a rosé made for feminine pleasure, reflecting a more ornate, perfumed style than the domaine's other bottlings. The property itself dates back centuries, cultivated first by Roman settlers and later by monks, and has stayed within the same family since 1740.

Eternelle Favorite draws mainly on Tibouren, a grape prized in Provence for its aromatic intensity, blended with smaller portions of Cinsault and Grenache. The fruit is grown on the estate's clay-limestone hillsides and handled with particular care to preserve the delicate floral character Tibouren is known for. This more boutique approach to blending sets Eternelle Favorite apart from Saint-Martin's larger-production cuvées, positioning it as one of the domaine's most refined expressions.

The wine shows a shimmering pale pink with subtle bluish highlights and an expressive nose of iris, wisteria, lilac and jasmine, layered with watermelon and pink grapefruit. On the palate, cherry blossom, passion fruit and star fruit unfold alongside citrus, finishing long and elegantly dry. It pairs beautifully with rock lobster, smoked salmon or a bright ceviche.
