A négociant cuvée from Château Minuty — a Cru Classé estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula since 1955, now owned by LVMH. A blend of 70% Grenache with Syrah, Rolle, and Cinsault, sourced from partner growers and 60% from estate-owned plots. Very pale in color, it takes a lean, gastronomic stance with citrus and a touch of floral red fruits; mid-palate shows richness and silky weight, with a bone-dry finish. Vibrant red berries, garrigue, and apricot on the nose; pronounced minerality draws out a lingering finish. No malolactic fermentation preserves freshness and tension. Drink now.
