Château Minuty has anchored Provençal rosé since Gabriel Farnet purchased the estate in 1936, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the hills of Gassin. The property earned Cru Classé status in 1955, one of only twenty-three estates in the appellation to hold that distinction, and is now led by the fourth generation of the Matton family. In 1995 the family launched Minuty as a négociant label, applying the estate's winemaking philosophy to fruit sourced more broadly across the Côtes de Provence, with the Prestige cuvée serving as the range's flagship.

Prestige is a rigorous selection of Cru Classé and partner-grower fruit, typically a blend led by Grenache with Syrah, Rolle, and Cinsault. Grapes are hand harvested, then pressed with careful separation of free-run juice to keep only the purest fractions. Fermentation happens at low temperature in stainless steel, and malolactic fermentation is deliberately skipped to preserve tension and acidity, with the wine resting a few months in tank before bottling.

The 2025 pours a pale, luminous pink and opens with an expressive floral nose that moves into apricot and yellow peach. The palate is fine and precise, with a touch of citrus and a saline, mineral finish that is unmistakably Provençal. It's an excellent match for oysters, sashimi, or a simple grilled fish with olive oil.
