2025 San Pietro - Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio (750ml)

Alpine Pinot Grigio that actually has something to say. San Pietro is a grower consortium in Alto Adige’s Bassa Atesina, and this wine comes from about 17 hectares of gravelly dolomite-limestone vineyards. It’s fermented in stainless steel and rests seven months before bottling. The nose shows white peach, green apple and pear, followed by a crisp, linear palate with lively acidity and a clean, lingering finish. Serve it well chilled with seafood, light salads, mild cheeses, grilled chicken or antipasti, or on its own as an aperitif.
