It’s smooth and light for its strength, with honey and biscuit malt, tropical fruit and herbal spice. The finish is long, drying and never cloying. It’s brewed with a proprietary 2-row blend, white cane sugar, Nugget and Hallertau hops and Allagash’s house yeast. Pair it with roast chicken, mussels, creamy cheeses or spicy Thai food.
