Batch C13 blends three base bourbons distilled between 2016 and 2018, each making up roughly a third of the final mix, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 118.8 proof. Expect an aromatic nose of vanilla fudge, salted caramel, cotton candy, and dried strawberry, balanced by oak and cedar, moving into a big palate of red berry, baked cherry, espresso, and pepper spice, with a medium finish carrying real oak influence.
